Brykol were sourced for this project due to our experience and involvement in previous large scale retail fit-outs.
The client is a high-end brand, located on Sloane Street in London. As with most retail store development projects undertaken by BryKol, this was a fast track project, to be completed in order to get the store open and profitable as soon as possible.

This remodelling involved the complete installation of a 3 storey retail unit, finished to a high standard and included full mechanical comfort cooling, natural ventilation and plumbing services to all floors.
Working closely with a committed team of designers, contractors and the client is necessary and key to maintaining Brykol’s reputation in this field which was achieved in full.

The overall project took just twelve weeks to an approximate fit-out value of £250K. The project was completed on time and within budget, to the client's satisfaction.
